Worst Company I've ever delt with

I've been sitting here for (3) appointments so far, they confirm never show up, then treat the customer like complete garbage, actually less than garbage, they won't even call you back then when you call them they talk back to you saying "you should have known better". The employees who answer the phone talk down to customers and the general manager condones their actions. The owner is nowhere to be found, always in a meeting. I've been a customer for over 10 years and they told me "they don't care, it's the industry" whatever that means. One time they cancelled on me on a warm day letting me know that there were an abundance of customers without heat, never called me to let me know again, I had to call them. I sat there all day could of been working, they confirmed 4 times, then I had to call to find out no ones coming. The I said "ok and the girl Lisa on the phone said "I promise this time, we will be there at 10:00AM never happened again, I sat there, and sat there and could have been at my best friends son's funeral a little late, I never made it, I waited till after 1:00pm and again I had to call them an they told me they would not be over, the person I have every year, Mark was having lunch and would like to reschedule again for the 4th time, NO! The person I spoke to Kyle said "it's the industry and told me he didn't understand about my a small boy's funeral, and let me give you to the General Manager Sean, there's nothing I can do again till December".

3-1/2 years later and their services is still deplorable. We had been customers for over 15yrs but in the last several years the positive attitude, knowledge and service has pretty much disappeared. Most of the employees are related to the owner and have the same "we don't care" attitude.

We made the decision this past fall to cancel any and all service with them and go with a company that actually cares about their quality of work while having respect for the customer as well.

Dryer vent

while servicng my heating system the tech told me my dryer vent wasnt up to code. i got them back to fix it and sfter everyting was complete my condo asso. started to fine me because of were they put it. i told the asso. what they told me and they said they contacted the town and they said there wasnt any code on it so i had to have them come back and vent it under the deck were it was in the first place. they did that work and i wasnt charged for it but would not pay to have the vynal siding repaired which they drilled *** through so i had to pay for that. think they shuld of paid for it as they assured me it was brought up to code. i trusted them and they left me with the repair bill to fix the siding on *** they put in.

There billing is all wrong. Takes months to correct billing issues. You need to watch all billing and fight with them for months to get it corrected. They will tell you someone will call you back they don't. They will tell you whatever once you are able to reach them but will not correct the problem and you will be back on the phone next month trying to correct the same problem. When you first call you get someone that sound like she could careless and will not help you in any way with your problem. She (Bethany) is the one that will tell you someone will call you back...Not. After several phone calls, letters and email you may get to talk to the person who can do something about the billing (Carl). He will tell you that the problem is taken care of and it will not be. Avoid this company.

Replaced the wrong pipe! Stay Away or you will pay....

My hot water I had a pin hole leak in the cold water pipe spraying water everywhere. The plumber replaced the hot pipe which by the way was the easier one to replace because it did not have any shut off. Wilkins sent the plumber back out I showed him the leaking pipe. He told me the other piped needed to be replaced. They billed me over $230. I had to call another Plumbing firm to fix the leak. Wilkins Plumbing advertises 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. They don't mean what they say! The 100% satisfaction Guaranteed by Wilkins Mechanical Services (Plumbing Heating & A/C) is bull. The plumber was not a professional.
